Bridging Loans

Lasting anywhere between one month and 18 months, a short-term bridging loan is an ideal option to finance a property purchase or fund a business venture. As long as a plan is in place to pay back the loan or switch to another form of lending (such as a mortgage) we should be able to arrange a loan quickly at competitive rates for you.

Secured Loans

Funding a large project such as a new kitchen or property extension can often be better done through a secured loan as opposed to changing your mortgage – and we can offer you access to a wide range of providers with alternative borrowing options at competitive rates.

Debt Consolidation

If you have debts spread across a range of credit cards, loans and other commitments, it can be a constant source of worry – plus you’re probably paying much more in interest than you need to. We can help you by consolidating your debts on a mortgage, streamlining your payments and giving you a secured debt that’s seen as less of a risk by lenders. You can plan your finances better and even end up paying less each month too.

For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between £250 and £999. The amount of fee depends on the amount of work involved in arranging the mortgage and depends on the type of transaction. Fees payable on completion.
